Refund policy
At Goal Gear Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Customized jerseys (including printed names, numbers, or patches) are final sale unless defective or due to our error.

Non-personalized items not meeting these criteria may receive a partial refund or be declined for return.
Return Process:

Email us at [email protected] to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Repack the item securely with all original materials and include a note with your order number and preference (refund/exchange).

Ship to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Customers cover return shipping for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
